Banjo
Meet brave Banjo! Banjo is a one-year-old Redbone Coonhound. He’s brave because he’s had to learn about so many new things in spite of his fears. Banjo was a stray in a small Nebraska town. He was very thin, and wary of people. But, at the same time, he really wanted affection. We don’t know what Banjo’s past was, but we suspect he wasn’t treated very well by humans. Our rescue was contacted, and we brought Banjo into foster care where he’s thrived! He’s a real cuddle-bug, he likes to stay close to his foster mom, but is getting braver every day! Banjo is still under-weight at about 65 pounds. He’s shy at first, but a good boy, and a fast learner! He’s neutered and up-to-date on vaccinations. He gets along with cats and dogs of all sizes. Does Banjo sound like a good fit for your home? Are you willing to continue to work with this gentle boy as he becomes a more confident dog? Let's get Banjo into his forever home!
