Dolores

Delores is a sweet and feisty senior who does NOT act her age! And we have video proof. This 6-pound maltipoo spent the first 15 years of her life with her loving owner but that person was struggling to meet her basic needs at the memory care facility. In spite of this, Delores has adjusted well to life with her foster family. She ignores cats and can build trust with resident dogs as long as they’re not too nosy. She loves to strap on her silver sneakers for walks and rides in the car. Her hearing and vision aren’t what they used to be, but otherwise you’d never guess her age! She is a champion sleeper, snoozing in dog beds most of her day and sleeping through the night on her foster parents’ bed. She is perfectly house trained and has great house manners.
